Terms of Service
Terms of Service
These Terms of Service govern the use of the OpenerForge website and the purchase or use of OpenerForge services. By engaging OpenerForge, you agree to these terms.
Scope of deliverables
OpenerForge provides productized AI-assisted cold email audits, outbound sequence design, and done-for-you operational support. The exact deliverables for each engagement are defined by the purchased tier, proposal, or written agreement. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, work is limited to the stated scope of that purchase.
Service timelines and SLA
Tier 1 deliverables are targeted for delivery within 24 hours after required inputs are received. Tier 2 deliverables are targeted for delivery within 5 business days after required inputs are received. Tier 3 timelines depend on the monthly scope and operating cadence agreed at kickoff.
Refund policy
If OpenerForge does not deliver Tier 1 or Tier 2 work within the stated SLA, and the delay is not caused by missing client inputs, client inaccessibility, or requested scope changes, the client may request a money-back refund for that undelivered work.
Customer responsibilities
Customers are responsible for providing:
- accurate business context and offer details
- timely access to relevant campaigns, drafts, or source materials
- prompt answers when clarifications are needed
- lawful use of outbound and email systems in their own business
Revisions and changes
Reasonable revisions may be included where clearly stated. Material scope changes, additional campaigns, or new channels may require a separate quote or upgraded tier.
No guarantee of outcomes
OpenerForge works to improve message quality, setup speed, and outbound consistency, but does not guarantee specific revenue, reply-rate, or pipeline outcomes. Performance depends on factors including market fit, targeting, offer quality, deliverability, and execution by the client or third-party systems.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, OpenerForge will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Total liability for any claim related to services will not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
